Do the voice cues work with my phone locked?
Yes. Cues keep playing with the screen off and locked, and mix over your music or
podcast rather than stopping it. Make sure your phone isn't in silent mode with
volume all the way down.
I don't hear the cues.
Check that your media volume is up, and that another app isn't holding exclusive audio.
If you use headphones, confirm they're connected before you start the workout.
Where is my data stored? Is it backed up?
Everything stays on your device. It's included in your normal phone backups (such as
iCloud) if you have those turned on. See the
privacy policy for details.
Which iPhones are supported?
iPhone models running iOS 16.4 or newer (roughly iPhone 8 / X and later).
How do I delete everything?
Deleting the app removes its on-device database and all of your workouts, horses,
and history.
